Our 2022 pasture-raised turkeys are now available to reserve.
A truly unique bird! A Thanksgiving turkey raised out on pasture- and taking full advantage. The clover flowers disappear down the gullet every time the portable electric fencing encircles a new swath of ground.
Turkeys are special in that they can make even better use of pasture than their chicken cousins, ingesting almost twice as much grass and green material.
We raise these birds from one day old all the way through until slaughter.

Pickup will be in Hopkins, Linden Hills and Andover, the weekend before Thanksgiving.
