Cooking instructions: Slice loaf in 3/8″ thick slabs. Heat a skillet to medium-high and add slices once skillet is hot. Periodically lift slices to keep them from sticking to pan. Once one side is nice and browned, flip and do the same for the other side. Outside should be crispy. Best served for breakfast with a side of eggs and potatoes.
