These whole lambs average approx $350.00 to 410.00, which includes all processing and packaging. Final price is based on hanging weight at $9.75/lb. An average lamb is 36-42lbs, and you can expect approximately 65-75% of the hanging weight in actual cuts (depending on how you choose to have it processed), so expect roughly 23-30lbs of cuts. THIS DOWNPAYMENT IS IN THE AMOUNT OF $60.00, balance due upon delivery.
